David Villa is the host of Auto Dealer Live, founder and CEO of iPD, and a published motivational speaker. He specializes his training in the arenas of sales, leadership, and team building. In addition to the radio show, Villa also has a magazine titled Dealer Solutions Magazine, one of the fastest growing magazines in the automotive industry, devoted to solving dealership problems through quality proof and content.

Tommy Elwell is a Florida native, born and raised in the Tampa Bay area. He’s been a top producer in sales for over 10 years, with 8 of those years working at iPD. He thrives at helping dealers get to the next level and enjoys the success that comes with the relationships he builds. 

David Cribbs began his career in 1989 selling new Toyotas and has found success in the automotive industry ever since. Cribbs joined Imperial Press Direct as a Corporate Trainer in 2014 and soon began serving as a co-host of Auto Dealer Live. In 2015, David shifted gears and moved on to pursue a career in luxury home sales. He continues to find success in his new career, but still has a strong passion for the automotive industry.

    Great topic! In my opinion it is a culture play that comes from the top down. Owners and GM’s have to encourage open, honest and direct feedback. Creating an open culture encourages collaboration and “breaking down” silos.
